1. How fast is delivery?

We usually deliver within 5–14 business days in Switzerland. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.

The printer is compatible with iOS (version 13 and above) and Android (version 8 and above) via Bluetooth. A Wi-Fi connection is not required.

3. Do I need an app?

Yes, you can easily connect the printer via our free app, which is available in the App Store and Google Play Store.

4. How does the thermal printer work?

The printer uses thermal paper and does not require ink or toner. Simply turn it on, connect it to your device, and print.

5. What paper do I need?

We use standard 57 mm thermal paper. Refill paper can be ordered directly from our shop.

6. How long does the battery last?

The built-in battery lasts up to 8 hours with normal use. It is easily charged via USB-C.

7. How big and heavy is the printer?

The printer is compact and lightweight – ideal for on the go. You can find the exact dimensions and weight on the product page.

8. Is there a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all our devices from the date of purchase. In case of defects, please contact our support.

9. Can I return the product?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods – provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

11. Which countries do you deliver to?

We primarily deliver to Switzerland and selected EU countries. Please note the available delivery destinations at checkout.

The printer connects to one device at a time. You can change the connected device at any time.
